- Creating the documents, Design learning activities in Canva, instructional guideline materials,
- Generate various educational support documents, data sheets, presentations, and digital content.
- Conduct training sessions for clients on digital tools and ICT solutions.
- Maintain clear and concise communication with clients and team members in English.
- FA/Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred degree in Computer Science or ICT in Education.
- Proven experience as an ICT specialist and trainer.
- Proficient in creating digital content and explainer videos.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Minimum Required Skills:
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel,
- Multitasking abilities and effective English
