Finance Manager

We are hiring a Finance Manager to oversee the day-to-day financial activities of our organization. The Finance Manager will be responsible for routine financial tasks, payroll management, client ledger maintenance, receivables follow-up, payable, financial reporting, budgeting, and financial forecasting. We require expertise in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office.

 Location: Johar Town, Lahore

 Key Responsibilities:

Daily Routine Work: Execute and manage routine financial tasks to ensure the smooth operation of financial processes.

Payroll Management: Administer payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.

Client Ledger Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client ledgers, tracking financial transactions and ensuring proper documentation.

Receivables Follow-up: Proactively follow up on outstanding receivables, communicate with clients to facilitate timely payments, and resolve any payment discrepancies.

Financial Reports: Generate and analyze financial reports to provide insights into the company’s financial health and performance.

Financial Forecasting: financial forecasting (for Sales Plan, Income, and Future Revenue) for the investors, etc.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop and monitor budgets, as well as contribute to forecasting activities.

 Required Qualification and skills

·       Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

·       2-5 years experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role

·       Expertise in companies financial forecasting (such as sales, income, and future revenue)

·       Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices

·       Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office applications.

 Salary: Market-Competitive

Job Timing: 10 am-6 pm
